Otokar has delivered 10 KENT Cng to Ukraine

Otokar has made its latest delivery to Vinnytsia, Ukraine. The ten Otokar Kent CNG buses purchased by the Vinnytsia Transport Company began operating in the town following a ceremony.

Ukraine has several historic sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Vinnytsia has been named one of the country’s most liveable cities six times. The Otokar Kent CNG is now one of the city’s favourite public transport vehicles. The ten Otokar Kent CNG buses purchased by Vinnytsia Transport Company were delivered at a ceremony.

The ceremony to hand over the new buses, which marked the start of an environmentally-friendly transformation in public transport, was attended by a large audience. Participants included Mr Serhii Morhunov, the Mayor of Vinnytsia, officials from Modern Trucks-concessionaire Otokar, as well as Hakan Bubik and Aydın Özgür, representing Otokar.

Hakan Bubik, Director of International Sales and Marketing – Commercial Vehicles at Otokar, expressed the company’s pleasure that Ukraine prefers Otokar for public transport needs. “We are delighted to be privileged in the transformation of public transport in cities and to contribute to environmentally friendly transport.
